Ho lavorato con Medstrom a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione. Hanno un vero impegno verso il cliente attraverso un approccio di squadra ben supportato. In un momento in cui il lavoro di collaborazione tra pubblico e privato è stato ampiamente criticato, Medstrom è l'esempio di un'azienda privata che è impegnata al meglio nella cura dei pazienti.

Ho fatto una gara d'appalto per la fornitura di attrezzature bariatriche per il Trust nel 2017. Sono molto lieto di dire che la nostra esperienza con Medstrom, in due anni di collaborazione, è stata eccellente. Il loro impegno e la loro dedizione per garantire che il Trust ottenga il miglior servizio non può essere criticato. La loro attenzione è incentrata sul paziente e i commenti e i suggerimenti sono incoraggiati per migliorare il servizio

Il Trust ha deciso di uniformare la scelta acquistando letti ultra-bassi per tutti i reparti. Questa scelta è stata improntata all’esigenza riconosciuta di ridurre o eliminare le cadute dei pazienti. Il letto che abbiamo scelto offre molte caratteristiche che andranno a beneficio di ogni paziente in cura da noi. Ci aiuterà anche a rendere i nostri letti a prova di "futuro", dato che continuiamo a occuparci di un mix di clienti più vulnerabili e complessi.

Medstrom ha vinto per la sua evidenza clinica. E' in grado di offrire oltre all'efficacia clinica dei prodotti anche un elevato supporto clinico, di formazione e di costo. Nessun altro fornitore era in grado di offrire tutto questo.

Non solo ho fiducia nella capacità dei loro prodotti di offrire migliori condizioni di cura dei pazienti, ma credo anche che l’utilizzo di questi letti ospedalieri migliorerà l’attività del personale di assistenza. Questo grazie alle caratteristiche che permettono di supportare le esigenze di ogni paziente.

We always receive a good service from Medstrom. Our clinical advisor has been fantastic at assisting with training all the staff on using the beds. The QR codes are particularly useful as well for weekend and night staff to use. As well as for quick on the spot guidance when we are actually with the patient.    

Right from the start, the planning and support we got from Medstrom gave us confidence in the implementation process. There was a lot of nervousness from the hospital about how much disruption and extra workload the changeover would cause but the professional and knowledgeable team helped make everyone feel more relaxed. Every single Medstrom employee, including the Head Office staff; Technicians; Sales Team; and clinical advisors, was a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They all worked together to ensure the daily work of the hospital continued without interruption and patient care remained the priority. They listened to our needs and concerns and were flexible and adaptable throughout the process. Non-clinical Trust volunteers joined the implementation team and it was great to see them working together over the 8 days. Every ward and department gave positive feedback on how the implementation was conducted in their area, alongside sincere praise from the Trust's senior team, including the CEO, Chief Nurse and Director of Estates. All of whom commented on how efficient and professional the Medstrom team were. I would have no hesitation in assuring any healthcare organisation, who are anxious about changing their beds, that Medstrom is a fantastic company to work with.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the support Medstrom provided during the bed implementation at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Our Medstrom liaison has been truly amazing and a real pleasure to work with. The Medstrom personnel that were on site for the implementation were incredible. All of them were incredibly professional, personable and focused on ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.

Mobilisation ist natürlich auch an unserem Institut ein Schwerpunkt, hier unterstützt uns dieses Bettenmodell enorm. Durch die tiefe Bettposition können wir Stürzen vorbeugen, ohne den Patienten gleichzeitig in seiner Bewegungsfreiheit einzuschränken. Zudem haben wir mit diesem Bett alle Möglichkeiten der Lagerung des Patienten gegeben. Dieses Modell bietet, wo aus meiner Sicht auch zukünftig der Fokus liegen wird: Eine gesunde Balance zwischen Leistung, Standardisierung, Zuverlässigkeit und einfacher Handhabung.

I have always found Medstrom to be incredibly helpful and willing to help us. I have never had any problem with Medstrom in any way - whenever I have picked up the phone to speak to either a Clinical Advisor or Account Manager, or one of the people who works in the phone hub, I have always found them to be helpful and kind. So for me, in terms of the service that they provide us as a ward, I have no complaints whatsoever. If you ask for something and they can do it, they will generally do it. And if they can do it that day, they will do it that day. So, how can you complain about that?
