Award for Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
Congratulations go out to the Procurement Team at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for winning the Supplier Engagement Award in the North West Excellence in Supply Awards. The team were nominated by Medstrom, along with five of their other key suppliers, including NHS Supply Chain.
The awards provide a unique opportunity to gain national recognition and celebrate private sector organisations working with the NHS for the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient patient care.
Medstrom nominated the Trust for the partnership working that on our Total Bed Management contract that has resulted in improvements in patient care, a reduction in pressure ulcers and a significant projected cost saving over the next four years.
