Medstrom Achieves ‘Investors in People’ Accreditation

People are the most valuable asset a business holds, which is why Medstrom is delighted to announce that it is now accredited with the Standard award following the “We Invest in People” assessment. This accreditation recognises the steps Medstrom has taken in leading, supporting and improving its workforce to achieve exceptional business results.
The assessment involved online surveys with the whole company and in-depth interviews with a selection of staff; altogether providing an amazing opportunity to listen and learn. Following supporting site visits by the ‘Investors in People’ Facilitator, they expressed how Medstrom’s “people (at all levels) ooze passion and commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations / requirements by doing a great, quality job; being a supportive team player and going the extra mile.”
